A New Era, A Lasting Symbol

When the Northern Super League was founded, it set out to build more than a league, it set out to spark a movement. A movement that would give Canadian players a professional stage, give fans a league to truly call their own, and give the country a new pinnacle of sport to rally behind.

That vision now has a crown jewel: the Diana B. Matheson Cup, the championship trophy and highest honour of the NSL.

On November 15, 2025, at BMO Field in Toronto, the Cup will be lifted for the very first time at the NSL Final presented by Toyota, marking the close of a historic inaugural season and the beginning of a new Canadian soccer tradition.
